Welcome to CARIBBEAN DIALYSIS.
Our Medical Director, Dr. George Nicholson, has more than 35 years' experience in Haemodialysis. During that period he has established Dialysis Units in Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua, and most recently, in Guyana permitting patients in the "West Indian Diaspora" to visit friends and relations in their homeland.
Caribbean Dialysis has also been host to visitors from the USA, United Kingdom, Canada. and Germany. We employ Fresenius 2008H machines that are mantained by local and international technicians.
Dialysers and other "disposable items" are never reused.
While we welcome preliminary enquiries from individual patients, it is important that there be professional contact by the staff of the Dialysis Unit/Centre referring patients for Transient/Vacation dialysis. This ensures that there is appropriate documentation and the transfer of essential information for the safe and efficient treatment of the visitor.
